Before you commission...
Please message me on any platform of your choice, all of my socials are listed in my "About Me" in the sidebar! I require communication so I can give the commissioner my best work!
TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any form, you agree to these terms of service.
I. GENERAL
Be clear but concise with descriptions.
Visual references are required. You must have a neat and legible (or with transcription if illegible) image(s), text descriptions are explicitly prohibited.
I cannot provide accommodation for language barriers (for those whose second language is English) if it applies. I am a monolingual English speaker.
You are required to speak respectfully when discussing a commission. Any violation of this will be met with a cancellation of your commission.
II. ALLOWED SUBJECTS IN COMMISSIONS
--Feel free to ask about what is possible!
I CAN do:
Certain anthropomorphic characters (ask beforehand)
Humanoids
Simple robots
Winged characters
Moderately muscular characters
Blood and minor wounds
I CAN'T and/or WON'T do:
Certain anthropomorphic characters (ask beforehand)
Complex mechs or robots
Ferals/quadruped animals (ask beforehand about taur/quadruped humanoid characters)
Excessive weight or muscle or lack thereof
III. PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
USD is accepted currency, through Paypal and Stripe on Ko-Fi, meaning credit cards and Apple Pay are available.
I, the artist, am not responsible for fees that may apply by use of Stripe, Paypal, and/or Ko-fi.
I am not responsible for currency conversion methods, or conversion costs in any form.
III. COMMUNICATIONS
Works in progress will be sent upon completion of rough sketch, line art, and beginning flat colors.
WIPs (works in progress) may be sent if I need clarification on a commissioned work.
IV. TIMING
The piece can take up to three months to be fully completed. This is affected by factors such as:
Health
Workload
Complexity
Personal life affairs
This list is not exhaustive, and the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible about said events if they occur.
Commissions are NOT "first come, first serve", due to certain pieces requiring more effort than others. Please be patient.
V. EDITING
The term "edits" refers to a request for alteration. An edit may have multiple things to be altered in one request (preferably in list form). An example being a singular message, but in the message, the list of small edits are provided.
I can do minor edits during the process, but once flat color is final, no edits can be made. Major edits are not permitted, as well as numerous edits.
Be as transparent as possible when requesting edits. After flat color any flat color alteration, no edits will made afterward, under any circumstance.
VI. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
I own the rights to the work, not the customer. To clarify, I am allowed to post it as an example, or as a promotion for myself, and choose to display it anywhere I wish.
My work, commissioned or not, CANNOT:
Be reproduced and/or used for any form of commercial purposes. Making money off of it in any fashion is strictly prohibited. This includes merchandise, advertisements, commercial projects. This list is by no means exhaustive.
Be used anywhere in any form without proper credit to me.
Be used anywhere in any form with removed watermarks and/or signature.
Altered, edited, or traced without my, the artist's, consent.
My work, commissioned or not, CAN:,/h4>
Be used as an icon, header, posted, or shared exclusively with explicit consent from, and credited to me. This includes social media platforms, sites like Toyhou.se, and more.
VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING
Commissions cannot be refunded or cancelled by customers after the payment is received by me.
I have the right to decline or cancel a commission before it is paid, and cancel and refund the customer any time after it is paid for any reason.
